I want T-Shirt Asset 3D modeling data.
& Wear image.25 votes
The Adobe Stock team recently added dozens of new models including a wide variety of clothing and apparel. There are t-shirts folded, in piles, on mannequins, and more.
Please add scroll inversion to the options. As someone who primarily works in Illustrator and Photoshop, the zoom being inverted on the mouse wheel makes me zoom out when I want to zoom in too often.1 vote
Please see the preferences for this option.
Mac > Adobe Dimension CC Menu > Preferences
Windows > Edit Menu > Preferences
Under the “Viewport” section you can enable the Invert Scroll Direction option.
It'd be nice if we could see which lighting is currently selected.1 vote
You can see what image based light is applied by selecting the Environment in the Scene panel. In the environment properties you’ll see a thumbnail of the image applied as the light under the Environment Light section.
Let me know if this suits your needs or if you’re looking for something more here.
I think It would be cool if the panels had a way of closing. like the red, yellow, green buttons. I currently have the "Background" panel displayed but I am not sure how to close it.1 vote
Hmm, Dimension doesn’t have a background panel, so I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Currently in Design Mode there are 5 panels: Assets, Creative Cloud Libraries, Scene, Actions, and Properties.
Each of these panels can be opened and closed using the triangle disclosure icon at the top-right corner of the panel. Panels also have sections which can be collapsed and expanded using the triangle at the top-right corner of each section.
There needs to be a model for Wine Bottles.1 vote
There are several wine bottles and other beverage bottles available on Adobe Stock 3D. Much of the content there is free, but we can’t ship it all by default in the app since it takes room in the installer.
I love adobe dimensions, as a Product/3d design i can create models but not textures and materials, I rely on presets.
So I was wondering if there could be a portal/ community hub where people can request a material and it be created? either by Adobe or content creators and placed on Adobe stock??
for example a smoke material or leaf textures.1 vote
You’re welcome to make requests here in the Content section. The Adobe Stock 3D team does get visuals on those requests. However, at this time we are working with a select set of partners and not fulfilling individual requests.
Need an undo option1 vote
Interesting. They are the first option in the Edit menu. What language version are you using?
It could be nice for the program to get a save/load feature for when you have to close or reboot the computer and you want to conserve the composition1 vote
Dimension CC has the ability to save and load files. These can be found in the File menu.
Hi, I work at a record company and we are always looking for easy ways to mock up ideas on cassettes, CDs, and vinyl. Would be awesome if you guys could add that to your available assets. Thanks!1 vote
Please see Adobe Stock 3D. There are many more assets available there, some of which are free, some are in various price ranges. I know that both CDs and records of various types exist.
Would be awesome if you could add a shortcut for the "Sample and Replace Material"1 vote
The shortcut for the Sampler tool is “I”. With the Sampler tool on you can hold down the Alt button to swap between Sample and Apply mode.
A way merge group objects into a single object and the ability to rename objects and grouped items.2 votes
You can use Cmd or Ctrl+G to group objects together. Grouped objects can be moved together and you can assign materials to the whole group.
Make it work for starters. switch of the preview render. can get anything done with that running1 vote
In the new release of Adobe Dimension CC the Render Preview is off by default.
I am new to 3D and I do not really see myself using this environment for all my work which is primarily 2D. However, I can and will use PF in the future for certain things but the language needs to simplified even further. I saw in another post someone using terms like yaw and pitch. What? Are we training to be pilots? Separately, "Cameras" and "Lights" always baffle me. What camera? Where's the lights? The 3D plugin in Adobe Illustrator has an easy interface to understand when it comes to shading or lighting an object. The point of view is the user's with no "camera" to speak of. If this 3D app is going to be used more widely, then what appears to neophytes as highly technical lingo must become less so.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are aiming for a balance between familiar, friendly language that anyone can learn and keeping some standards in place for compatibility. While we will continue to adjust our terms in our application as we move forward, I am going to mark this as completed because it’s sort of an ongoing conversation and impacts import/export with other applications, rather than a single feature that we are going to implement at some given time.
If anyone else has any terms or areas they find confusing please feel free to note it here even though this conversation is marked completed.
It would be really nice to have a much broader list of materials. I'm sure you're working on this.1 vote
There are dozens of free and premium materials, models and lights available on Adobe Stock 3D and we are constantly adding more.
You can add Stock content to your CC Libraries to access them inside the app.
The possibility to select all object1 vote
This command is available in the Edit > Select All option.
The short cuts are Cmd+A (Mac) or Ctrl+A (Win).
You can also deselect all using Cmd+Shift+A (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+A (Win)
Scale dimensions need to be linked (the same way as in AI, ID or PSD). So I can scale the object proportionally.2 votes
Dimension now has a link icon in the properties panel which can be used to input uniform scale numbers. With the gizmo you can also hold shift to make all scaling uniform.
Adding Constrain for changing scene size can help quackly adjust scene size in propotionl manner4 votes
Scale constraints (linked dimensions) are now available in the latest release of Adobe Dimension CC (formerly Project Felix). This includes camera size, object scale, material tiling, and decal scale.
As I import objects that have many items in a layer folder, I feel I should be able to mass apply a material to the grouped item and have this material apply to all items in the group. I see there is a folder in the layers that has all the pieces that create my grouped item, I feel I should be able to drag the material to the folder in the layered tree and have that material apply to everything in the folder. See attached. Thanks!3 votes
Happy to say you can now apply materials to groups and multiple selections. We’ve also added a sampler tool which allows you to quickly sample and apply materials across objects.
These updates are available in the latest release of Project Felix 0.3 – available on Creative Cloud as of July 19th, 2017.
lets be clear, the cc lib would be a better way to quickly move settings from one area to another but Fekix doesn't work with the cc lib yet so it needs some other way to save or copy textures and materials from one section to another.
p.s, the new 2 build is a great step forward... keep it up guys!1 vote
There is actually an eyedropper action in the material properties. Hover over the material title and you’ll see it. This copies the material and textures from one object to another.
We do support CC Libraries as well, but unfortunately we don’t support images as textures from CC Libraries yet. Definitely something we will do!
Cool program, but larger output files would be more useful. I would use these for compositing work in photoshop but at the current output size, it's kind of pointless4 votes
