Basic 3D shape presets with options
I would like some basic 3D modelling parameters such as torus diameter etc
We’ve started some design work for basic parametric primitives, 3D shapes like cubes, cones, spheres, etc, that can be used to build up some fundamentals to work with.
I will update you all as we move forward on this!

Objects that cannot be changed in their appereance regarding thickness (e.g. The thickness of the torus) are almost useless and don't make much sense... Please add parameter for thickness. Thanks
I hope I can manipulate the basic object, such as make a torus thinner

Right now there already are some objects in the library, installed with Dimension CC. But ...
Would it be possible to add some generators for geometric objects?
Cubes, Cones, Spheres Prisms, Pyramids and so on ...
So everyone might generate the object that is needed. With some exact values to edit the object. Like 'Illustrator' with the star/poligon tool does.
I think it's not a simple request, because of software philosophic and UI reasons ... ;-)
Looking for basic cube box package with top open so you can see the inside/apply design to the inside of the packaging.
Looking for basic shape customization for dimensional signage. triangular forms, rectangles, rectangles with rounded corners [customizable]. Possibly be able to work in layers to take a rough sketch and create a 3d model from it.
The user should have the ability to determine bevelled edges/corners! For example: a simple cube with rounded corners provides much more realism. The is of course the 'rounded cube' model, but when scaled, there is no control on the rate of bevel.
Thanks for the suggestion!
