export to cubic VR
It would be amazing to be able to import skybox cubic background images and also export flattened cubic images from your final scene.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’d love to know more about your workflow or what you’re creating.

Cubic VR would be helpful but I also would like to see an export to an equirectangular jpg or png. Ideally 360 panoramic photographers could import their equirectangular photos into the skybox/environment, add 3d models, and then render back out to the equirectangular format. These could then be made into interactive photo VRs using whatever player the photographer is already using. (Facebook, etc) I have been working with this process for 15 years using 3d Max and its panorama exporter but it would be great to stay within the Adobe Suite, especially with Photoshop's 3d abilities. Additionally, this could add interesting and creative options for Animate's ability to export to 360.
Ditto would love to be able to export the same way

We're maybe going to make a 360 panorama interface for someone, where all that the user would see is the skybox, and maybe some WebGL objects in front of that. Ideally I would like to build up a scene with models and an existing skybox, to create a new skybox that won't need all of the geometry that went into making the scene.
I am already working that way using SketchUp, using the LightUp extension to export the six images for the skybox. But it would be nice to get the better rendering.
