Camera Lens options
I'm doing renders and wanting to emulate a 50mm Canon FD lens that I have in my kit. It occurred to me that Lightroom has all of the details on every one of these lenses AND the distortion/vignetting that those lenses apply to the image.
Add lens options to the camera feature to enable us to replicate existing lenses. This would include the option of adding lens distortions (this is especially valuable in renders with high-dof where rendered objects are out of focus and near the edge of the frame where barrel distortion would change how the focus appears)
Add f-stops to the 'blur' section in order to standardize the amount of blur (and keep things grounded in reality a bit more)
Change the 'view angle' to 'lens angle' so that I can jump in and say 'cool, the photo background was shot with a 90mm lens at f5.6' etc, or 'I need to frame this with a 50mm at 1.2 to match the rest of my assets'.
So far I'm having a fantastic time with Dimension! Just daydreaming about ideal features that might not be a pile of work.
Thank you for the suggestion! This sounds like something we would want to add in the future.

Any updates on this? Is it possible to use different "lenses" in Adobe Dimension?

This is a superb request. Adobe Dimension is amazing - It's my first foray into 3D and it is powerful!
Having the choice of lens would really help.
