Stuck on Start Screen
I've downloaded Adobe Dimension, app starts and I get the introduction panel, as shown in image. The preview video works, the two options; "create a new project" and "start a guided tour" do not open. When either option is selected, the black triangular pointer with blue loading circle appears but program seems to get stuff at that point.
Hello all! Apologies with the resurgence of this issue for Dimension 3.2. For anyone experiencing being stuck on the start screen for Dimension 3.2, please send us your Dimension.log file!

Hello, Dimension hasn't started on my Mac for a long time. I had reported the bug to Adobe many times, but got no real help. I have been paying for over 10 years now and the service is very negative. My Mac is a Mac Pro, 2x3.46 GHz, 6 Core IntelXeon, Radeon RX 480 8GB, 128 GB 1333MHzDDR3. System Mojave 10.14.6
Old and new installations were unsuccessful. When do you get real help? I want to use this program sometime. There is no alleged log file in the folder.

Anyway: Have a macpro mid 2012, Nividia GTX 680 4Gb with Upgraded

Since the last update everthing has gone wrong with A/Dimensions. It slow down my machine to a trickle, It opens on occasion and then gives me a grey screen, has put me three major projects i am busy with into jeopardy. Even small files are slowing everything down. The Dimensions error report in the help menue is also not functioning. Can I have an idea if and when this problem is going to be resolved so that I can try and make other plans?

Hi there Jeanette. This just started happening to me today mid client projects. Stuck on the blue wheel when I try to open or create a project. Tried rebooting.. even reinstalling. I've been using dimension a couple years and it was fine less than a week ago. I sent the log files to that email address and look forward to ANY response or help ASAP.
Thank you so much for your time.
Also, Would it be worth uninstalling and installing a previous build?

UPDATE: Out of spite I left the app like that for half a day as an admin suggested it simply takes some time to accrue the amount of needed RAM. Still, no file opened.
I hit "Create New" or "Take a tour" and nothing happens. The cursor (Windows 10) goes blue loading forever. When I then try to close the program it freezes. Dimension works fine on V3.1. V3.2 apparently broke something. Anything that can be done or should I wait for a fix?

I'm using old Mac Pro and I have the same problem. Only now it starts the program and is stuck in the 1st page.
Dimension was working until version 1.1.1. After that it stopped. I always update to latest version to try it. Even in the creative cloud app it says that it is working with my computer but it doesn't. I also installed Windows on virtual machine to test it. Same problem. So I guess it's a hardware problem and not software. Thanks to Adobe I cannot install version 1.1.1 anymore.

I was using a macpro and had the issue of being stuck on home screen as well. One workaround was to double click a dimension file I had previously created, and it opened up. I was then able to save as a new document.

I am using a Mac mini 2018 (3.2GHz 6-Core i7) with a Thunderbolt 3 connected eGPU (Radeon RX Vega 56 8 GB). My hardware definitely meets the system requirements, and says "Works on this computer" within the Creative Cloud app. However, when I try to open it, it says "Does not meet minimum OpenGL versions." On the system requirements page the minimum OpenGL is 3.2. My GPU supports OpenGL 4.5. How is it not compatible. I was just using this program two days ago.
