Stuck on Start Screen

I've downloaded Project Felix, app starts and I get the introduction panel, as shown in image. The preview video works, the two options; "create a new project" and "start a guided tour" do not open. When either option is selected, the black triangular pointer with blue loading circle appears but program seems to get stuff at that point.

We’ve resolved some past issues of some users not being able to use Dimension, however there is a known issue still remaining.

Video cards that do not support a specific instruction set (AVX/AVX2) will not be able to run Dimension. This is primarily video cards from early 2012 or earlier.

At this time our System Requirements checker is unable to ‘catch’ this and leads to the application crashing on the Start Screen when the New Document or Get Started buttons are clicked.

At this time we are unable to fix this issue or catch to throw an error. We are continuing investigation on this.

Also I just noticed, we were asked to update to version 0.1.0 but after the update I can see it is version 0.1.1

not sure if this helps or not.

Im so excited to try out this app but unfortunately I'm still getting stuck on the start screen. I've downloaded the update as well.

    Im running MacOS Sierra
    27inch
    core i5
    4gb
    1TB scratch drive

I've tried uninstalling and downloading from the website page which obviously routes me back to the app manager, I've re-installed the app. I've also signed out of my account. Please let me know what other answers I can provide to be able to troubleshoot.

    Thanks for the effort!

    hey dears,

The updated Felix 0.1.1 is live, and it will most likely solve your problem of the app not going past the start screen. Please update the app and give it a try.
    Thank you for your patience!

Hello all! We’ve just released a patch for Project Felix which should resolve this issue for both Windows and Mac users. If you can please update your Project Felix to version 0.1.0 (if you don’t see it right away sign out and sign back in to Creative Cloud desktop application).

If you’re still experiencing issues after updating, please let us know!

    Program does not open.
Only a "start-up" screen (welcome to project felix) is displayed.
Video is accessible. After clicking on "create new project" or "start a guided tour" the blue "beachball" comes up and thats all....

i get a Blue spinning ball of Death after Clicking on the "Create A New Project" botton.
    I'm running OS X 10.116 El Capitan
    Mac Pro (Mid 2010)
    2x2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    12GB of Ram
    ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024mb

    Same issue. I'm running:
    Dell Inspiron 7559
    Windows 10 Home (V.1607 OS.14393.576
    Intel i7-6700HQ 2.60ghz
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M 4gb
    16gb Ram

I updated my Nvidia drivers, as suggested by Adobe and have it defaulted as the GPU used. I've reinstalled Felix several times. No idea what to do. I'm bummed because this is a program that I've been dying to try!
