Stuck on Start Screen
I've downloaded Adobe Dimension, app starts and I get the introduction panel, as shown in image. The preview video works, the two options; "create a new project" and "start a guided tour" do not open. When either option is selected, the black triangular pointer with blue loading circle appears but program seems to get stuff at that point.
Hello all! Apologies with the resurgence of this issue for Dimension 3.2. For anyone experiencing being stuck on the start screen for Dimension 3.2, please send us your Dimension.log file!

I try to place an object into the scene, it just gets stuck at the loading screen. Also, my viewport is just grey and white squares.

Hi firstname.lastname@example.org - that is not the same issue that's described in this post which was resolved. Unfortunately it looks like your GPU (Intel Core i3) is a bit old and not compatible with our graphics at this time.
I cant see my background image or any models or kits placed; it appears as a grid screen instead.

Windows 10, 12gb RAM, 1TB HDD, Intel i3-5020U Application does not open. I get a spinning cursor but then it goes away and no application opens
i can get into program, and start a new project. Unfortunatley the minute i start to drag and load a model, the model goes into loading and never appears. It will sit on loading model for days with no solution !

Same here. Really chompin' at the bit to work with this application.. Endless blue spinny beachball next to my pointer once I click "get started" Remember when beach balls were a universal symbol of fun? This is not fun.
