We realize that this has continued to be an issue for many over the years. The general cause of this problem is that the hardware isn’t supported.
Try updating your video card drivers. Often this is enough to get it working.
We’re also doing some overhauls to our system this year that may improve this, will update when more information is available!

This is still an issue as of today - updated drivers and nothing but grey showing on screen in Dimension - not on new nor on old projects software is just useless right now. Actually set Dimension as a High performance application not just in your GPU software - set it in Windows 10 under graphic settings and it will most likely work if you have a supported card - I just would prefer it o work without tweaks

I use the Windows operation system, and after configured the NVIDIA control panel, I can see something on the Dimension.

I have the same problem, any help from adobe?

It is still not fixed. I just installed the latest version and nothing shows on the screen. Objects added show up in the contents on the right side but nothing on the main screen. I found it interesting that it is possible export added objects to fbx files which work well in blender.

grey screen for me too...

6.-Aplicar y salir.

I have the same problem with the grey screen and have to make sure that I save after each action step or running the risk of losing everything I just worked on. Recently update Dimension and working on a 2017 MacBook Pro. Anyone suggestions on how to resolve this on a Mac?
Why don't Dimension auto save?
