3D rendering (edit view/preview) inoperable on Intel 620 with Dell D6000 DisplayLink
When starting Dimension while docked to the Dell D6000 with Displaylink, the 3D part of the UI stays gray. A system requirements check gives the message "There is a dedicated graphics card available."
Undocked, i.e. the laptop running just the Intel 620 chip, Dimension works as expected.
There is no way to force Dimension to run on the Intel620 only that I can discern, the method to run Dimension on a dedicated Nvidia card is just that... Nvidia exclusive.
