Application Restart Needed
I have had problems with this:
I try to open a Dimension file, it starts loading, and then a window pops up saying that an Application Restart is needed, and that I need to send Adobe the Dimension log. Then Dimension closes, and I cannot open my file.
So.....attached is the log and the screenshot of the popup window.

I'm having the same issue every time I try to import a detailed sketchup model. I was able to fix it from happening once by deleting some of the model(s), but this is not really a fix. Is there anything that can be done?

I keep getting this error, saying to send the log, as well as "a problem caused the application to stop working correctly."

without the log its hard to say but restarting your system should unlock Ram which tends to fix most issues

I had the same issue. Try opening a new, empty project, go to "import your content" and choose "3d model". Choose the .dn file that you otherwise cannot open and it might open in your new project. Not sure why, but this worked for me once.

I have the same situation. Checked this file on another computer -- file opened fine . But will not re-open on the originating computer where it was created.
